Kabuli Chickpeas(White)

Kabuli Chickpeas(White)

Features:Large, round, and beige in color

Uses: Mainly used as split chickpeas (Chana Dal), flour, and animal feed. Popular in South Asian cuisine.

Flavor: Earthy, slightly nutty, and robust

Desi Chickpeas (Brown/Black)
Desi Chickpeas (Brown/Black)
Features: Small, dark, and irregularly shaped

Uses: Widely used in salads, stews, hummus, and roasted snacks. Common in Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine.

Flavor: Mild, creamy, and slightly sweet
